Reaching us is easy

From Fiumicino airport:

take the Cotral bus direct to Ostia and get off at the “stazione Lido Centro” stop.
take bus 06 (terminus) and get off at the “Salorno” stop (Viale di Castel Porziano).
go straight along via Luigi Torchi and turn left onto via Ernesto Boezi.
continue for about 200 meters up to number 59.

From Ciampino airport:

take the Cotral bus to Rome and get off at the Termini railway station.
take the Metro (Line B towards Laurentina) and get off at the “Eur Fermi” stop.
take Bus 070 (terminus) and get off at the “Salorno” stop (Viale di Castel Porziano).
go straight along via Luigi Torchi and turn left onto via Ernesto Boezi.
continue for about 200 meters up to number 59.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments of Villa Smeraldo.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments of Villa Smeraldo.
In the apartments of Villa Smeraldo silence is enforced from 24.00 to 8.00 and noises or behaviors that may disturb other guests are not allowed.
Villa Smeraldo does not have a 24-hour reception and therefore, for organizational reasons, we ask you to communicate your approximate arrival time in advance.
It is possible to check-in every day from 14.00 pm.
It is possible to check-out (at the latest) by 10.30 am.
Other times can be agreed in advance with the Management.
Minors are accepted only if accompanied by a parent/s or an adult responsible.

From Rome Termini railway station:
